Never harm or abuse her; always maintain fairness. - And Wife's Duties: Respect and obey her husband in what is lawful. Support and care for the household. Safeguard her husband's trust and honor. - Shared Duties: Be kind and forgiving to each other (Noble Quran 2:22 8 ). Divorced women shall wait concerning themselves three menstrual periods. It is not lawful for them to conceal what Allah has created in their wombs, if they believe in Allah and the Last Day. And their husbands have better right to take them back in that period, if they desire reconciliation. And women have rights similar to those against them according to what is equitable. But men have a degree over them. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise. .
