Assalamualaikum~ Honestly terrible at writing these but let’s go 🏃‍♀️ and try anyway. I’d say I’m pretty shy upon the first interactions and/or meetings with someone but once I start to feel comfortable, takes me no time to start opening up. I love a good laugh and am either joking about or laughing because of something else (sadly, I tend to laugh even when the situation isn’t entirely appropriate 🙈). I like to go out to restaurants or to hang with friends. But I’m definitely an introvert and love to hang out at home whether I’m watching something, reading a book or playing a game. Some call it laziness and yeah it kind of is but it’s nice to chill at home sometimes. I’m practising but like anyone else, I’m not a perfect Muslim and am, inshallah, looking for a partner who will grow with me in our deen. What do I want in a partner hmmm 🤔 aside from someone aspiring to better their deen, I want someone who’s respectful and attentive but also capable of banter. I think I genuinely live off banter so I can’t imagine talking to someone if the conversation is dry 😭. Humble and easy-going, not a grumple 51 year old yet 😃. Alhamdulilah oberserve all my Fard and Sunnah Salaat and Fasting. Do my regular Qur'an recitation many times in the day, also taking my weekly Qur'an lessons from my local Imam at my local Masjid. Not into Music, I don't have Facebook, I don't use WhatsApp, No Instagram and all those non essential time wasting activities Not even got a TV set in my house for many years now. Alhamdulilah I met my ex wife, who was living in Norway, from here just during COVID. It's because of the Lockdowns and the travel restrictions that the nikah didn't survive more than a year. We only managed to meet once for 4 weeks and that was it. Alhamdulilah it was a sweet short marriage. Note : I will never rush into any marriage anymore. We have to really make efforts to know each other. Start light and casual then build on it. Anything done in a rush is from Shaitan and doom to failure.
