It became evident how easily individuals accept online articles as facts, while popular books, often written for profit, only influence their lives momentarily before shifting their focus to yet another guru. Social gatherings ceased to exist without the mention of Facebook, and significant moments became mere data points, stripped of their personal essence. The sheer scale of these data centers necessitates their proximity to large bodies of water to cool the massive amounts of memory storage that should belong within us but have turned into the legal property of tech giants. Have you ever stopped to consider that our memories, once sold, contribute to the storm of global warming?
