Simple, easy going and understanding

I always adhere to my salah, listen to reminders often as Deen is really important to me, and it always keeps me disciplined. With regards to my educational background, Alhamdullilah, I am degree educated and I'm currently working in IT. I’d like to consider myself a connoisseur and love trying different types of foods. I also like travelling and have been blessed to travel to various cities. I like to play various sports, particularly football since it’s a great way of keeping fit. I’d consider myself easy-going, simple, and not the type of person to overly spend on expensive things. I'm content with what Allah provides and try to be grateful in every situation. I’d like to say I’m in the middle of being both introverted and extroverted. I do socialise with friends, but I do also like being left alone from time to time to self-reflect and ponder. I go to the masjid often for salah. The question is a strange one where when it asked: do you accept polygamy, me being a Muslim I cannot say that I do not accept it at all. It is part of Allah's Perfect Sharia. Just to clarify I think the fact that I am able to relate to people from all walks of life is a good characteristic. Alhamdulillah I have always been popular amongst my friends and peers. I am known to have masculine traits, though not without a sensitive side, and generally have found people feel protected and reassured around me. I also endeavour to instil belief and confidence in those around me so have been described as a positive person as well. I have lived abroad for over 12 years studying and working in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. I have successfully changed careers and am established in it now, walhamdulillah. In Saudi Arabia I was able to study with some of the senior scholars there and am involved in aspects of Dawah, though currently a lot of my time is taken up with working in my new chosen field. I learnt Arabic when I lived in Egypt between 2003-2005 and love learning about Islam, mainly because is teaches me of how ignorant I am, and how far from Allah I am as compared to where I should be.
