I hope that my future wife would make sure we have an understanding on what to teach and we both agree. Culture: Arabic etiquette is as important as learning Western etiquette. I would like my kids to be able to walk among both societies without loosing their islamic Deen & also without anyone able to tell that they are not born & raised within that culture. Special time: I know my work and life can make me very very busy, perhaps absent minded at times. But time to be available for the future kids is sacred to me so not king nor country neither employer nor money will keep me away from that. However (AT LEAST "I promise") once per week I wish that my future wife and I would set a fixed time to allow me to take her out. It can be a cup of coffee or a fancy restaurant where she has to dress up, or maybe just a Cornish pasty by the beach. Maybe cinema or theater or a painting session together. Call it a date if you like. These 4 or 5 hrs will be fixed per week. No matter what, and they are without kids and my phones will be on silent. Else I hope she understands that my family comes first and I do what I can with my stressful work. Wallah I am serious in getting married ASAP.
