We met at Muslima in mid-2023 and had a long-distance relationship for 5 months. He came to Indonesia from the USA and we got married in December 2023 officially, but had to have a long-distance relationship again because the spouse visa was still in process. He returned to Indonesia in early December 2024 for a 4-month leave until Eid 2025. But Allah's fate had other plans, he died peacefully in his sleep by my side in the middle of Ramadan without any pain. I miss him very much, the deceased was a devout Muslim, a good husband and a good Dad to our sons. Even though this life test is very difficult, I have learned to accept His fate. I love him but I have to continue my life and leave this sadness and believe in all of Allah's plans.
