I will not marry anybody straight away. If God wants it that way, it will happen. In my life I was an ordinary German girl and was raised Christian-Catholic. I came into contact with Islam at an early age and, since my early childhood, I had many friends from different countries in the Orient and also from Africa. I have always been very closed and adaptable Culturally and religiously. What I always liked about Islam was the peace in families, the friendliness and warm-heartedness. I quickly realized that I wanted to achieve the same thing and saw it as the fulfillment of my life. I adapted to the customs and rules early on, observed and respected them. Whenever I visited a friend at her house, I wore a hijab. Unfortunately, I have been widowed several times. I went to Syria with friends in 2015 and was introduced to Islam there. I bacame a Muslim. I was then introduced to my first and later my second husband. In 2019 I returned to Germany and live a divided life. I feel a strong connection to Islam, although I dress in a more western style because of my family, but I don't always feel very comfortable with it.
